Banksy’s greatest creation, Mr. Brainwash Exit Through The Gift Shop is now available on BluRay and DVD in the UK. You can grab the BluRay version for only £11.93 at Amazon UK. We will keep an eye out and publish news about its USA release date, but it is currently still screening across the country. Go to the film’s website to find a theater near you and go see this breathtaking achievement for yourself.

Shepard Fairey has a new print coming out that is really a break from the norm for him. “Arctic 50th Anniversary Print” commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. This touching image is based on a photograph by Steven Kazlowski and is only an edition of 250 for $55ea. A portion of the proceeds go to the Alaska Wilderness League. This one seems to be very popular with the collectors so it will probably go fast. Keep your eye on ObeyGiant on Friday, September 10th. Full image below. (more…)

Audrey Kawasaki has a beautiful new giclee print coming out tomorrow, September 4th at 1:00pm pacific time. “Migawari” is a 15″x19″ image on a 16″x20″ sheet of smooth cotton rag paper. The edition size is limited to only 200.
You can pick this up tomorrow unframed for $200, or framed for $450. The frame appears to be quite substantial and Audrey’s team takes great care in shipping her work.

Sami Rintala and Dagur Eggertsson make up the Norweigan architectural firm Rinalta Eggertsson. A recent (and impressive) build is The Ark, featured at the Victoria and Albert Museum in the Architects Build Small Spaces exhibit. With small private rooms inside the structure, the Ark is a free standing dream of refuge for readers. It carries around 6 thousand volumes. View a short film about the structure below: (more…)

Andrew Zuckerman is a documentarian, a photographer, who puts his subjects in front of a plain white background and allows you to focus on what makes them special. You may remember his Bird Book which featured incredible images of exotic birds from around the world. His latest work is called “Music” which does the same for a very different subject. The trailer below shows many of the artists involved with the film, and the roster is quite impressive.
