Meet Buck is an animated short by a group associated with the ones behind Salesman Pete. Meet Buck is primarily a chase scene as well, but has no dialog and a more painterly illustrated look. Salesman Pete and the Amazing Stone from Outer Space! is a fantastic animated short by a group of animation school dropouts of the school Supinfocom. The art direction is definitely 3d heavy with textures and colors inspired by vintage illustration.
