Anthony from Snowblinded just tipped us about his newest print release. “Kickflip” is a 24″ x 18″ screen print in an edition of 57 on 100lb stock. The design seems to have 4 colors utilizing a split fountain / rainbow roll (not sushi-related unfortunately, but cool nonetheless!). The price for this gem is $40 plus shipping. You can pick one up at Snowblinded. While you’re there, check out the rest of the truly fantastic art prints available for purchase.

If your familiarity with the modern tattoo world goes beyond reality television and the ever-present-over-saturated Ed Hardy gear, you may have heard of New York Adorned’s resident Englishman, Thomas Hooper. Hooper’s tattoos are renown for his beautifully stippled ornamental mandalas, an illustrative style that echos both eastern and western traditions, inspiration from masonic and alchemist symbology and a respect for geometry that would make M.C. Escher smile. Most surprising is his painting blog featuring daily abstract mixed media paintings whose color and chaos stand in contrast to his meticulous tattoo work.
If you aren’t ready for permanent body art, he put some great designs on tee-shirts over at Shirts & Destroy and customizable phone cases for Case Mate. Also make sure to check out his store for original paintings and giclee prints.

Dave Kinsey is one of my favorite artists working right now and he keeps pumping out high quality prints. The latest, entitled “Continuum I” features some kind of cow skull and flower imagery with the classic Kinsey color palette and texture work. The title of this piece might imply that there will be more in this series, and word from the Black Market crew is that this one took some serious skill to pull off. All of Dave Kinsey’s prints are always of the highest quality and packed with extra care. I’ve never been let down! If you want to get one of these, you can visit Black Market Editions tomorrow, April 8th between 10-11am PST.
This print is an 18″x18″ 5 color silkscreen on 100% cotton rag. The print is a signed & numbered edition of 110. This is Kinsey’s first print from his 2010 body of work. Full image after the break…
