This relic is the 1″ Stainless Steel Sqube by Playge. It is made to order for a limited time, so the ‘edition size’ is unknown but possibly quite small. The cost is $85 shipped to USA and it drops today, May 25th at 12 Noon Central Time. Also, according to the Playge Owner / Operator / Wizard FERG, all orders by members of the Collect And Destroy forums will receive a signed and numbered mini print with your purchase.

You may not be a YO YO Master, but this is one yo yo that you don’t want to play with. Steve Brown Gallery has been releasing laser-etched wooden yoyos and their latest by Chris Ryniak is exceptionally cool. The cost is only $15 each with a limit of two per customer. Only 45 pieces were made so this is an extremely affordable limited item. One side features the artwork seen above, while the other side is engraved with the artist’s signature and the Steve Brown Gallery logo. You can visit the Steve Brown Gallery website on May 13th to pick one up.

Ashley Wood is an Australian illustrator that has worked in comics, video games, movies, and tv. His style mixes oil painting and digital artwork. It is recognizable for having muted colors and a very painterly appearance in comparison to the graphic style of most comic artists. Given the nature of his work, a lot of his pieces are fanciful in nature. Robots, war, and girls. Check out his blog, and his toy store for some really cool work. Misfotune Cat is based on the design by FERG seen here. The figure is 9″ tall, rotocast vinyl, and comes with a velvet bag. Slim Edition of 150 makes this thing a real collectors item. $85.00 includes shipping.
